This is a Biopic of a handicapped Irs officer Ajay Singh who is presently deputed as Deputy commissioner of income tax at ranchi (Jharkhand). In an accident he lost his eyes and ears and became partially blind and deaf due to costly medical treatment which his parents did not afford.
